Unless an incredibly fantastic bikini/swimsuit gets released in the near future, this will likely be my last post on swimwear for a while. Not that we can’t enjoy a dip in the ocean all year long in our virtual paradise, because we can. But the change of seasons in RL will have me focusing on my favorite season soon; autumn. Until then, I’ve saved one of my favorite swimsuits for last: Barcelona by Baiastice.
The Colorblock bikini at The Shore Shack is just so damn “California Beach Girl” cute, I couldn’t stand it. I had that “but this isn’t really my style” thought when I first saw it in a cute little shack on the beach. However, the more I blog SL fashion, the more I realize I can’t really say that. My style is always evolving and that’s the way it should be. Fashion should be fun and I love trying on things I’m not terribly sure about and just falling in love with the look. This particular bikini is testament to that.
Crochet is not a word that appears often in my inventory, I must admit. Not that I have anything against crocheted items; it’s just not a look I’m normally drawn to. But when Shelly Toonie of Moonshine Designs posted a photo of her new crochet stockings on Plurk, I knew I had to have them. Shelly was nice enough to send over a Bloggy Bag (and create a new term for review packs while she was at it), and as soon as I put them on I loved them even more.
Have you been to AYUMI lately? It’s been several months since I last took a trip over there, and I was pleasantly surprised to see some new items adorning the walls, including this incredibly sexy and affordable bikini.
There are certain essential summer items one must have: sunglasses, swimsuits, shorts, etc. Tank tops are definitely on that “essentials” list. They can be dressed up or dressed down. They can be comfy and casual or pretty and feminine. Or, as is the case with the newest tank tops from Riddle, they can be sexy as hell.
